Dance with Ankara Rose / Violin & Fiddle with Corey Walden
DANCE INSTRUCTION:
Private dance instruction is available to anyone (non-dancer/brand new to professional)!
This is a great opportunity whether you wish to enhance your dance training as a serious student, work on performance skills or a learn a new choreography, or for those completely new to dance to get their own special class in something new and exciting!
Topics can include:
Intro to Belly Dance
Belly Dance (All levels) - Oriental, Contemporary Fusion, Folkloric - Technique and drills catered to you/your goals
Sword, Veil, Double Veil, Zills, Skirt work
Spins, Turns & Whirling - for Advanced Dancers
Musicality and Middle Eastern Rhythms
Constructive Feedback on works
Celtic / Celtic Fusion (Irish Step Dance, Scottish Highland)
Celtic Fusion Belly Dance (*must have attended an Intro workshop in the past, or book a minimum of 2 hours).
Dance Conditioning for Dancers
Dance Conditioning for Adults (& non dancers)
Your Precursor to Ballet - Intro to Ballet for Belly Dancers
Standard Base Rates are as follows:
*Rates below DO NOT include travel (from Peterborough NH). An additional travel cost to/from your location will apply, at the current IRS mileage rate), OR dance studio rental fee. (*Current active students of Ankara Rose do not have to pay studio rental fee).
Group (5+ People) - 1 Hour : $175.00
Semi-Private (3-4 People)- 1 Hour: $135.00
Private (1-2 People)- 1 Hour: $105.00
- Private, 2 Hours: $165.00
Performance & Lesson Package: A 10-15 min. performance by Ankara Rose plus a mini-lesson (Great for Bachelorette Parties, Baby Showers, mom's groups, Princess Parties, or any other girls/ladies gathering! Ages 7+). $275.
* A discounted rate is available for multiple private lessons, for those who pre-register for a block of lessons at a time. Must be paid in full by the first class, and is non-refundable (makeup dates can be arranged). Please contact Ankara Rose for further details.
*Please note: Rates below do not reflect the price for commissioning your own unique choreography from Ankara Rose. Separate rates apply (please contact for details). Rates below are for actual instruction time - private lessons, help with an existing choreography or one you've created, or for the in-studio time for you to learn an already commissioned choreography piece.
* Ankara Rose is a fully insured instructor to teach throughout the United States (and internationally for up to 30 days at a time). International requests need to be scheduled well in advance. Please inquire for more details and pricing.Travel/lodging and studio fees will apply when necessary.
